14th Watford Beer Festival
The Watford Beer Festival will be open for business from Thursday 13th to Saturday 15th November. This is the 14th year the event has been held, and the 14th year in the West Herts Sports & Social Club. Just like last year we plan on having a marquee to provide extra space and seating in addition to that in the function room.
We expect to have around 70 different beers, ciders and perries available; most of them from smaller producers. We don't have any industry sponsors, so we're not obliged to stock any particular beer; and that means we can offer the widest range of beers possible. We think we might be the largest CAMRA beer festival without a sponsor in the country. Let us know if you know of a bigger one.
Most of our suppliers are small breweries who either distribute other breweries' beers, or who 'swap' their beers with others to give smaller breweries a chance of reaching parts of the country they might not otherwise be able to.

Entrance is £2 or FREE for members of CAMRA or the West Herts Sports & Social Club.
CAMRA and the Watford Beer Festival are strong supporters of locally brewed beers. CAMRA has launched the LocAle campaign to highlight locally brewed beers when they're served in pubs. Many of the beers at the Watford Beer Festival are supplied by the local Hertfordshire brewers Buntingford, Red Squirrel and Tring.
